Kabuki Theater

The next day began with a special seminar on Math Education presented by the Curriculum Director for the Natioanl Institute for Eduational Policy Research. Afterwards we were enteratined by a traditional Japanese Theater presentation of Kabuki. That evening the site visits groups met. I was assigned to visit for one week Kagoshima, Japan along with 19 other edcuators from across the USA. My group included: Jan aka Olivia Newton John from Mt, Barbs from New Yorco, Margaret de Artiste from GA, Tiffany aka Flat Ironer from Or, Varsha The Vegetarian like me from MA, Alice The Paparazzi Blocker from NM, John aka Communication Coordinator from MI, Kerry Fitness Walker from Cally, I like Mike from Philly, Mary who will eat anything from Fl, Pat J. the Most well-behaved camper from RI, Chris The Analyst from OH, Leslie my partner in crime from the Windy City, Keri the Karoake Queen from Ky, Pat V The Power Point Princess, Liana aka Sweet Pea from Braksa, John W the Dance Instructor from Va! What a crew. Kagoshima will never be the same!
